No need for a title...

I know I've been slacking on the blogging....just been too busy and sick. But here's our latest going ons...

Our car was smashed by the trash man. My brother and dad were in it at the time. It wasn't Seth's fault that it happened, totally the trash mans fault, but he has taken a lot of slack for it. So yeah. The car is in the shop, hopefully the guy is found at fault, it's tricky 'cause it happened on private property, and we're in a rental car. We'll most likely have to pay our $500 deductible, 20% of the rental car fees, and it's registration is due by the end of the month which is just under $400....yikes.

I'm not sure yet where we'll find all this extra cash, so I'm planting a money tree on the patio and hoping it will blossom before the car is out of the shop! :)

This car has THE worst luck. If I didn't love it so much I just might be tempted to trade it in for a different car. That and Jim would never let me. Oh well. I guess we'll have to see what else happens to it while it's in our care! This is it's second time in the shop after people have run into it in parking lots! It's been keyed. It attracts all kinds of scratches and dings. While we were in San Diego this last time a drunk guy fell out of a bush and put a dent in the trunk with his head, no joke. Jim backed into a pole in it and busted the tailight and so on and so forth. I mean really, nothing has EVER happened to any of our other cars.

This car is cursed I tell ya.
